  • - We will be on site for the entire wedding to ensure a smooth flow

Starting at $2000


- Day-of duties as well as:

  • - Create and maintain a wedding calendar including due dates, appointments, etc. and sending you reminders as due dates approach
  • - Providing vendor recommendations
  • - Assistance in planning rehearsal dinner
  • - Assist with music list for DJ, must-have shots for photographer, catering selections
  • - Bridal party coordination – informing bridal party of their roles and duties, keeping track of fittings

Starting at $2,800


- Day-of PLUS duties as well as:

  • - Budget Development – Help outlining a budget and keeping on track
  • - 1-2 in-person check-ins per month to go over the wedding checklist
  • - Attendance at vendor visits as requested (dress fittings, tastings, etc.)
  • - Vendor Management - recommendations and selection for any vendor needs (cake/sweets, rentals, floral, etc.), price negotiations, primary contact
  • - Décor – help develop a design concept including centerpieces, floral arrangements, ceremony set-up
  • - Assistance in managing wedding invitations as needed including design selection, assembling, sending to guests, and monitoring RSVPs (invitation supplies and postage additional).
  • - Point of contact for out-of-town guests during travel. We can also devise welcome packets or a list of fun things to do in the area for your guests as well as maps/directions (additional charge for materials)
  • - Wrapping up affairs following wedding
    • - Making sure all vendor balances have been paid
    • - Ensuring rented attire is returned, upon request

For weddings involving 2 locations, add $250

For weddings which exceed 200 guests, add $350

For weddings +40 miles from Oakland, CA, add $150
