Jessica did an amazing job coordinating our wedding. When I met with her to talk about our self-funded, DIY wedding, she immediately put me at ease with her friendliness, reasonable prices, and 100%-can do attitude. Even though we hired her as a month-of-coordinator, she worked with us before the month of the wedding and provided us with checklists, vendor references, and ideas for how we could have an elegant wedding that stuck within our budget.
Our wedding day was amazing! Jessica and her assistant ran everything smoothly, stuck to the timeline, and let us do nothing but have fun and enjoy our guests the entire day. She was even nice enough to coordinate dry-cleaning services for my out-of-town guests and take them around to do last-minute errands.
I cannot recommend Jessica enough. If you want a professional coordinator who will give you excellent service whatever your budget, hire her!

Jessica has a wonderful balance of being incredibly organized, professional, and attentive while still being a warm, fun person to be around. She built our wedding day timeline, finalized arrangements with all of our vendors, and provided coordination for the ceremony rehearsal and the entire wedding day.
Jessica's pricing is also very reasonable compared with other coordinators I spoke with - she was willing to work with us on a package that met our needs within our budget.

Shine Event Productions ran a cast and crew party for 200 people. From the first planning meeting, I knew I was in great hands: Jessica listened closely to what I wanted to get out of the party, and what the budget was. She came back with a selection of some really imaginative venue proposals that would never have occurred to me. When we settled on time and place, she had great ideas for meaningful activities at the event itself, always holding the budget in mind. The event itself was a blast - a celebratory time was enjoyed by all, including myself — because I wasn't worried about any of the logistics. I knew Shine Event Productions had it all covered.

I recently attended a a fabulous holiday party Jessica organized for the Oakland Fire Department. She picked the perfect venue that allowed all of us to mix, mingle and (most importantly) eat to our heart's content!
