Vendor Management - recommendations and selection for any vendor needs (cake/sweets, rentals, floral, etc.), price negotiations, primary contact

Décor – help develop a design concept including centerpieces, floral arrangements, ceremony set-up

Assistance in managing wedding invitations as needed including design selection, assembling, sending to guests, and monitoring RSVPs (invitation supplies and postage additional).

Point-of-contact for out-of-town guests during travel. We can also devise welcome packets or a list of fun things to do in the area for your guests as well as maps/directions (additional charge for materials)
